As I approach my final duty days in the office, I find myself spending more time reflecting on my career, my family, my friends and all that I hold dear. I am surprised by the fact that all of the memories are quite pleasant. It’s almost as if my mind has made an unconscious decision to recall that which only inspires or motivates me to move forward. I am grateful for the mind that I have, for the family and friends whom I love, for the career that’s been amazing and for the God who’s seen me through it all. Do I have regrets? Absolutely. I am just so overwhelmed with gratitude that there’s not enough space for regrets. I am excited about today, tomorrow, and the many possibilities that await me as I embark upon this next chapter in life. Stick around folks. I promise that it will be a doozy.
